How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order status by logging into your DTLR account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-release items and footwear may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
What payment methods do you accept?
DTLR accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible installment payments.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Are the products sold on DTLR authentic?
Yes, DTLR is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and New Balance. All products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before completing your purchase.
