At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
